What makes a good life?

In the TED talk " What Makes a Good Life?"  a Harvard study has been conducted over the span of 75 years. Waldinger begins by challenging the common societal belief that wealth, fame, and career success are the keys to happiness. he firmly believes that to achieve true happiness we need to assess the quality of our relationships with the ones we love. The study demonstrates that individuals with strong and supportive relationships tend to lead happier and healthier lives. the study emphasizes that the quality of relationships matters more than the number and quantity of the connection it self. he dictates that even with a large number of friends or followers on social media people may lose their sense of purpose in life whereas he recommends having a few deep connections with trusted individuals. the study reveals that those who feel connected and supported by their connections experience a greater level of happiness and acknowledge their sense of purpose.  Waldinger talks
